We adjust acetate, metal, titanium, and buffalo horn frames, each with the right technique, because titanium and horn behave nothing like standard plastic and adjusting them wrong ruins them. Single vision, progressives, and sun lenses are all handled in house. Single vision lenses start at $159, progressives at $399 and premium progressives at $599, and AR coating is $129. You will know the exact price before we start any work.

Independent frames in demanding materials

Most repair counters see the same mass-market frames all day. We carry and service independent eyewear built from demanding materials.

What we work on:

Japanese titanium, from makers like Masahiro Maruyama and Lindberg
Premium Italian and Japanese acetates
Buffalo horn, including Rigards frames
Rimless and combination frames

Horn and titanium behave nothing like standard plastic. Horn dries and cracks if it is heated wrong, titanium holds its shape memory and needs specific tools, and both are exactly what most repair counters will not touch. If you own frames that deserve a specialist, this is where you bring them, whether you bought them here or not.
